BRICS Journal of Economics (https://brics-econ.arphahub.com/) announces the online session on the BRICS+ countries’ economies and promoting South-South cooperation at the Eighth International Scientific Conference of the Lomonosov Moscow State University Economic Journals' Consortium. The conference will be held on October 23, 2024.

You are cordially invited to submit your abstracts or full papers. The working language of the session is English. No conference fee for participation. Participants of the session will find opportunities for presenting new research, exchanging information, and discussing current issues. Although we focus on BRICS+ countries, all papers on emerging economies and South-South cooperation from major economics, finance, and business fields - theoretical or empirical - are highly encouraged.

Applications are welcomed until October 4, 2024, in the form of extended abstracts (800-1,000 words) or full-text papers (5,000+ words). 

Recommended abstract structure:

• Substantiation of the topic relevance, motivation for the study;

• Materials and methods;

• The main obtained or planned results;

• Theoretical and/or practical implications.

Publication Opportunities:

Qualified papers will be published in the BRICS Journal of Economics after a peer review process without any submission or publication fees.
